
These routines have mostly been developed for specific applications, are sometimes generally applicable, but would normally have to be customised on request. It would be possible to convert them to BASIC, and they can also be made available as DLL or EXE files.

General purpose biological analysis routines:- Estimation of length at 50% maturity and 95% confidence intervals from a sequence of length and maturity data (avoids the difficulties of constructing histograms to estimate size at 50% maturity).
Population modeling routines: - Various surplus production model estimation procedures, incorporating Bayesian estimation of posterior distributions of desired management quantities. Can also be used to explore future scenarios based on a sequence of harvesting decisions.
- A suite of age-structured population models imbedded in statistical estimation procedures. Includes Bayesian estimation functionality. Capability includes exploring implications of different future management decisions for living renewable resources. Also bootstrap estimates of uncertainty of any desired quantity. Incorporates sexual dimorphism in life history behaviour. Some versions include economic aspects of fishing operations.
- A suite of size structure population models, including MLE and Bayesian estimation functionality. Present application to rock lobster resources. Incorporates sexual dimorphism in life history behaviour.
